Quality Process

The main drivers for customer satisfaction are high quality and customer service. One of the main areas where pressure washing businesses fail is the proper use of chemicals. Yes, all of us mainly use Sodium Hypochlorite (SH), but many businesses skip using a surfactant because it takes longer to rinse. We do not take shortcuts. Surfactants are almost as important as SH. SH kills any organic growth on the surface, but the surfactant helps lift and remove the contaminants when it is being rinsed. In addition, SH can be overused. SH is often used for wooden surfaces like fences and decks. The SH can degrade the structure of the wood. That is why it is important to use different chemicals such as Sodium Metasilicate and/or Oxalic Acid. These chemicals are safe to clean wood surfaces.

Before cleaning is started, we will inspect the exterior of the area being cleaned and take before pictures. We will cover and protect any outlets and key holes before applying any chemical to eliminate any corrosion risk. In addition, we rinse down any plants around the area being sprayed with SH to mitigate any potential risks. We will evaluate any high risk areas and take precautions as needed (ex. wood doors, stained wood, etc). Then, the transformation begins.

After performing the cleaning, we will perform a final walk through with the customer to ensure that the work performed meets your expectations.
