Pressure Washing Services

This is a basic house wash. Severe mold, mildew, and rust stains may require additional treatments. Please let us know beforehand so that I can provide an in-person quote. Also, ensure that the surrounding area around the perimeter of the house is clear of any obstacles to facilitate effective pressure washing and professional cleaning.

Minor oil and rust stains are automatically included in our concrete surface cleaning. This is a basic driveway treatment. However, severe rust, and grease stains may require additional pressure washing treatments. Please let us know beforehand, so I can provide an in-person quote for our professional cleaning.

This is an important step after getting your concrete surface cleaned, especially with our weather here in WNY. I use a deep penetrating sealer that dries clear. This prevents any water or salts from being absorbed by the concrete, which can cause cracks and degradation. After you clean it,  it is important to protect it.

Sodium Metasilicate is applied to the wood surface to remove any Algae, Mildew, Dirt, and any gray oxidation. After applying, the surface is light pressure rinsed to bring back the wood's natural appearance. Make your wood look like NEW! This is the safest way to clean wood without fraying the wood fibers. An in person quote is needed for this service.

Add on service- Who wants to clean those nasty and smelly cans out? I do! I will disinfect and clean out your garbage bins during the time of a house wash and/or concrete surface cleaning.

Add on service- Let me climb those ladders! if you have gutter guards, an extra $30 is applied for a single story, and an extra $50 for 2-story homes. This service is available during the Spring and Fall.
